Cleanliness, hospitality, comfort, spacious room, breakfast. I didn't have time to try the facilities (pools, wellness), but from the terrace the pools looked very clean, it's on a big area with sunbeds and sunshade. Car parking is inside the hotel property. Had all the necessary help from the hotel staff, luggage assistance, information etc. Breakfast was really good, true 5⭐ .

The location is in an undeveloped area, and I didn’t have time to check how to get to the nearest beach. I personally didn’t need it since we only stayed one night, but for those who are interested, it might be worth looking into.

Half board option very poor, has the same fixed menu (chicken and burgers) for 5 out of the 9 nights. 3 courses only for one of the nights outside of the buffer dining which was only open for 2 nights we stayed

They must work more on the room breakfast, I ordered a continental breakfast, it wasn’t continental and the amount was too little.. but other than this we loved everything else

The hotel seems fairly recent. It is located close to the sea.Breakfast is a buffet with plenty of choice, but croissants and sometimes bread are not fresh.

The hotel didn't take into account my request for a room on the top floor away from the elevators. I had to remind the receptionist that I wanted a quiet room on the top floor, but unfortunately the room was close to the elevators, whose machinery was very noisy. What's more, there was an event organized in a room on the first floor, whose music, especially the bass, was piped into the room. The hotel also had the good idea of setting up self-service coffee and tea tables directly opposite my room. For the price I paid, it's unacceptable to have so many inconveniences.The hotel is in an isolated location with no restaurants or shops around. There is a convenience store nearby, but it was closed. With no means of transport, we had to eat at the hotel, where prices were prohibitive for dishes that weren't very good. Many things need to be improved...

The hotel is clean and well-maintained. Staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel serves both breakfast and dinner buffets. I don't know about anything midday. The breakfast and dinner buffets were very well-stocked and offered well-prepared foods served at appropriafterate temperatures. The offerings were largely traditional Turkish dishes and were delicious.

The room was spacious and nice Spa and gym super nice.

Beautiful, large, clean, well-appointed room. Friendly staff. Our flight was delayed, so we arrived in the middle of the night, yet were warmly welcomed. Beautiful view from the balcony.

Brilliant resort an easy drive from Istanbul. Generous breakfast and great facilities. Loads of activities for younger people

Great hotel in a very quiet neighbourhood. Would see myself staying here in summer if I wanted a quiet holiday. Staff is warm and very welcoming, not to mention the breakfast has tons of delicious food.

Air con didn’t work in both rooms they were both extremely warm still around 27 degrees.

Extremely satisfied we were with the stay at this hotel - with a good location, clean room and friendly staff. As a compliment from the hotel, they replaced our room with a room with a wonderful view of the sea. The breakfast was rich and varied. The pools have perfectly clean water, with enough umbrellas for all guests. We would gladly visit again.

The room was quite spacious and comfortable.The outdoor swimming pools were fantastic. They gave nice facilities for kids.I highly recommend the hot stone massage.

The location is not optimal as there is nothing to see in the vicinity.The breakfast is ok but it will be nice if they vary the dishes from time to time.

The room was very cozy and spacious. I asked for an additional bed which was materialized instantly in a blink of an eye.Breakfast was diverse and delicious with many options to try. Room amenities were high quality and the beds were very clean

Basically, nothing. But, the location was a bit in the middle of nowhere but by the sea. It was OK with me

Prices very high for what you get

A great hôtel for family holidays : amazing pools with slides for all ages (really amazing and big), nice playground, interior spa, big gym, dinner with buffet etc. You should book your room with diner included otherwise it is very expensive (25€/pax). The room are BIG, with a terrasse, you have enough space for your kids to play and feel comfortable. Rooms are cleaned everyday and they give you complimentary water, coffee and tea. They have baby beds and baby-chairs in the restaurants, so it is definetly kids friendly. Hotel team arrange for airport pickup and drop off, which was a big plus for us.

While the hotel is really clean, the pool sides are not cleaned everyday. The floor and lounge chairs are dirty with food and everything. Trash cans are overflowing. It would not take much, but it seems people managing the pool don't care. Also, baby-chairs in the restaurant and the pool bar were always dirty, even when you are the first costumer of the day. Bring your wipes !!
